Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

  • FREE Shipping on all orders.
  • We process orders within 24 hours.
  • Average delivery time is 1-3 business days (within Sweden). For custom-ordered jewelry, manufacturing and shipping may be handled by our goldsmith and may take longer
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS after dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact information you provide is accurate.
  • Unclaimed parcels will be charged the return shipping fee and an administrative fee of 200 SEK.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • If an item is out of stock, shipping may be delayed. We will notify you on the product page.

 

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return, email us at support@blinx.se with your order number and reason.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Personalized jewelry cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


If you wish to return your items, please ensure that:

1. Free items that were included with your order are included with the returned item(s).
2. The order is returned to us no later than 30 days from receipt of the goods.
3. The returned items are exclusively new & unworn.
4. The returned item(s) are not personalized or customized items.

Otherwise your right to a refund of the full purchase price expires or we will send the returned items back to you.

 

Damages or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

 

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges for items. However, you have the option to return your items to us within 30 days of receipt. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
